I love what martial arts training does for people.

The bottom line is...martial arts, taught well, can be life altering.

Martial arts training can transform a shy little kid into a confident, self assured young person.

Martial arts training can help a wild, ADHD diagnosed 10 year old channel their energy into becoming a focused, enthusiastic middle-schooler.

Martial arts training can take an anti-social, rebellious teenager and turn them into a happy, self-assured, goal-aspiring role model.

Martial arts training can help an over stressed, out of shape, middle aged man get his health AND his mojo back.

Martial arts training can turn an overworked, thirty something mother with low confidence and turn them into a fearless warrior-athlete.

Some of you may think that I am a bit biased, but I know it to be true, because I have seen it happen...time and time again. And so have many of you.

Martial arts training has the answer to a lot of questions...Let's spread the word.

Jack is officially signed up to compete once again! This was canceled twice last year and we had no intention of doing it this year but we'll it was that or lose my money from last year soooo.... we are going to Disney again (only for the tournament not the rides haha) Jack will be competing in 3 divisions as well as doimg the Paul Mitchell experience again and we even got major upgraded seats to night of champions- 6th row baby!!!! Now the hard work/practice kicks into high gear for him!!!
