Come by for great golf and great grub!
The City of Rawlins is pleased to welcome a new concessionaire to the Rochelle Ranch Golf Course. Timothy Carlson, co-owner of the Crowbar & Grill in Laramie and a Rawlins High School graduate, is expanding the Crowbar into the Rochelle Ranch Restaurant through the 2026 season under an agreement approved by the City Council.
“Securing a golf course concessionaire creates a tremendous opportunity for the City of Rawlins,” said Mayor Wells. “It strengthens the offerings at Rochelle Ranch Golf Course and provides an excellent dining opportunity for our citizens.”
Carlson brings a strong focus on community, quality, and local connection to the role. ““I’m excited to bring Crowbar home,” said Carlson. “As a Rawlins High School alum, this means a lot to me. We’re building a locally owned, family-friendly restaurant that reflects the community—creating a true Rawlins experience while providing great food, service, and local jobs.”
In addition to restaurant service, on-course food and beverage options will be available to enhance the overall golf experience. The agreement runs through October 31, 2026, with the opportunity to evaluate and potentially extend the partnership beyond the current season.
