Well she’s “done” (we all know they’re never truely done). But they are both in the trailer ready for a weekend in Texas. Getting fkn mint in the trailer was not fun.

In the time that it took us to build this car, we’ve lost two great friends, both of whom were huge supporters of us and would’ve loved to see this car finally done. Scott passed away earlier this week from a long battle with cancer. We hadn’t made a post yet because I knew we wanted to put something on the new car. Scott was one of the first friends we made traveling down to Texas to race. This amazing man was always willing to help from the very start. He helped Tay back up Snot Rocket and the C**n countless times when there was no other crew to help. There was also no one who wrangled cars in the lanes as well as he did. Scott will truly be missed; Texas trips will never really be the same.

We had to make sure there was something to honor both Rod and Scott on the new car before we go test it for the first time next week.

Ok haven’t posted much lately. We have been super busy building Snot Rockets little brother. Tayler and I are excited to introduce Fkn Mint. Still have to put real vinyl top (charcoal color) and smoked windows.

This one’s hard… this weekend we lost one of our biggest supporters, one of our biggest fans, and one of our best friends. Rod Milliken passed away Saturday night/Sunday morning in his sleep. We already miss you dearly Rod. It’s hard to believe you’re gone. We definitely didn’t have enough time with you and with no warning made it that much worse. But Rod we promise to watch out for your girls and help them out any way we can. Until we see you again my friend. Rest in peace.

We get asked a lot why we travel so far to race well the answer is this is home right now

Wow what a long week/weekend that was. We showed up to yello belly drag strip for Small Tire Gangsta's on Wednesday and here’s a recap of the best race of the year. (Sorry for the delay we’re still tired😂). Wednesday was open test and tune and Philip Canaday had the bright idea to put 26”x8.5” tires on the car and test 3 passes later we still didn’t figure them things out. Thursday we entered anything on 26s anyways and got strait up out ran. So for short them tires are for the birds we will stick to the big boy 28s. Friday we got in the gangster cup and drew White Zombie & Swampthing Race Team and had a great race lined up. We were out on them and had the race won till Philip decided the centerline cones would be a good decoration on the front clip of our car. So Joey and his crew moved on and went a few rounds. Saturday there was 66 cars in small tire so we knew we were in for a long day. We had a few good draws and a few good races and next thing we knew we were in the finals at 6am after racing all through the night. Next to us was one of the baddest men in small tire Brandon Sandlian in the most gangster car in small tire Junkyard Stude Racing they both left at the same time and it was set to be a good race (he had us covered anyways) but we lost the blower drive about halfway and that was the end of that. Definitely would’ve been a lot closer race had the car stayed together but we will never be sad about losing to someone as stand up and as fast as Brandon. Congratulations to him and his crew on winning both nights of small tire. All in all we raced till 3 am three nights in a row then till 6am on Saturday and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Thank you to Michael Poland Jimmy Dale Racing and everyone else involved for putting on such a fun and great event we will definitely be back. I want one of those damn chains lol.
