Counting the days now until ScubaJam 16 as labor day weekend is just over a week away.

If you have not done so already its time to get that ScubaJam waiver done and make your payment that gives you 4 days of diving, 3 nights of camping, meals Friday evening until Sundays dinner and awards presentation and air fills for you divers.

As always we cannot do this without the support of the dive shops, dive professionals and corporate sponsors that come to help or provide prizes for our youth divers.

Without listing them all I can tell you Blackbeards has once again provided their awesome prize and Divers Alert Network has sent some goodies. There are more but you gotta come and see!

As always we wish every youth diver luck in their endeavors with the skill challenges and remember Safety First!

August is here and you know what that means, . . ...the annual youth diving event, ScubaJam is right around the corner!

It's never to late to plan to attend. If you have not done so already visit the ScubaJam registration page and get started. https://lakephoenixva.com/scubajam-registration/

By doing these things, getting your ScubaJam waver done, paying for the event and ensuring group leaders get the manifest in early (yes individuals are able to attend), the staff can plan the logistics needed to make year 16 a great event.

As always we cannot pull this off without our great volunteers. Always looking for kitchen help, safety rangers, registration, cylinder movers and others. If you are willing to help make this a awesome event for our youth please sign up as well and tell us where you would like to assist.

Together we can make ScubaJam year 16 a memorable event!
