This young man has put a lot of time in at River City Fitness. It's been great to see how much strength he has gained and how he has developed as an athlete. Hard work and dedication is paying off!

Power is back on at RCF! We will be opening at 3:15 to resume normal Monday hours!

Our hours tomorrow will be dictated by when the power is restored. We will be open approx 1 hour after power restoration and will resume normal hours at that point for the rest of the day. We will make another post on here once we have some new information.
