Dear Parents and Students,

We are excited to invite all incoming 7th–12th grade students to join our Powerlifting Program beginning June 1st!

Our program is built on hard work, discipline, commitment, and teamwork. Athletes will develop strength, confidence, proper lifting technique, and a competitive mindset while training in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Summer workouts will take place 3 days per week and are open to all students in grades 7–12 interested in becoming part of the program. No prior experience is necessary.

Please note:
7th grade students are welcome to practice and be full members of the team as they learn technique and prepare for competition.
Per competition guidelines, students cannot officially compete until 8th grade.

This is a great opportunity for students to improve athletically, build relationships, and become part of a strong team culture that emphasizes accountability and personal growth.
Workout schedules and additional details will be shared prior to the start date. We look forward to building another great season together!
If you have any questions, please contact Justin Mattorano at [email protected] .
