Iron Wood Throwers Center Year round individual and group coaching, indoor and outdoor facility for discus, shot put, and hammer. Full Olympic Weight lifting area.

Indoor and outdoor throwing facilities for shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer open year round. Located at 1620 Highway 53 in Rathdrum, Idaho. Open to anyone who is interested in the throws from age 10-100. Beginner and advanced throwers welcome. Equipment is available on-site for athlete use. We coach athletes from all around the Pacific Northwest, and USA! Standard M-F hours for walk-in use, w

ith signed waiver. Training times are flexible outside standard hours and weekends, by appointment only. Open Training takes place in the afternoon and is scheduled around meets, but other times are also available. Founder, Coach: Bart Templeman
