Year round individual and group coaching, indoor and outdoor facility for discus, shot put, and hammer. Full Olympic Weight lifting area.

Indoor and outdoor throwing facilities for shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer open year round. Located at 1620 Highway 53 in Rathdrum, Idaho. Open to anyone who is interested in the throws from age 10-100. Beginner and advanced throwers welcome. Equipment is available on-site for athlete use. We coach athletes from all around the Pacific Northwest, and USA! Standard M-F hours for walk-in use, w

ith signed waiver. Training times are flexible outside standard hours and weekends, by appointment only. Open Training takes place in the afternoon and is scheduled around meets, but other times are also available. Founder, Coach: Bart Templeman

School is in session, and we are back on our FALL SESSION SCHEDULE!!
We sent a big group on to their college programs, and we have some room for anyone looking to improve their throwing ahead of the spring season.
We have openings M-F, in all throwing events, and a full Olympic Weightroom on-site. Full@indoor and outdoor throwing facilities.

The meet format will remain the same, with the Saturday (6/28) competition being a World Athletics Championships-level/Continental Tour Bronze meet!

Olympic Gold Medalist and his coach will be at Iron Wood for a 2-day clinic
Technical review, Learn-by-doing, and time to ask all of your questions. All at and .wood.throwers.camp
Participating athletes and observing coaches are welcome! Youth, high school, club, collegiate levels are encouraged to attend.
