⚡️ SPRINT FASTER BY FIXING POSITION ⚡️
Speed isn’t just about moving your legs faster—it’s about putting your body in the right positions to apply force and cycle efficiently.
Here we’re using the TuffTread High-Speed Treadmill to correct hip position at max velocity.
By improving the athlete’s hip position, we can:
🔥 Shorten the recovery phase
🔥 Improve front-side mechanics
🔥 Reduce excessive backside action
🔥 Get the foot back underneath the body faster
🔥 Create a more efficient sprint cycle
The goal isn’t simply to tell an athlete to “run faster.” The goal is to teach them the mechanics that ALLOW them to run faster.
When the hips are in the right position, the recovery leg can cycle through more efficiently, the knee attacks forward, and the athlete spends less time behind their center of mass.
Better position ➡️ shorter recovery ➡️ better front-side mechanics ➡️ MORE SPEED. 🚀
At Benson Sports Training, we don’t just train speed—we teach athletes how to sprint. Vance Singer
