Hey Friends. I have people talk to me all the time about their back pain, sciatica, hip and knee paid, etc.
I think we often forget that our body is a whole and complete system.
Everything is designed to work together.

🌿 The Missing Piece in Your Movement
Most people focus on the front of their body…
abs, quads, chest.
But some of the most important muscles live on the backside of the body—your:
✨ glutes
✨ hamstrings
✨ back muscles
This group is called your posterior chain, and it plays a huge role in how you move, feel, and function every day.
Here’s the problem…
We sit more than ever.
And over time, these muscles can start to:
• “turn off”
• become weak
• lose connection
Which can lead to:
⚡ low back discomfort
⚡ tight hips
⚡ poor posture
⚡ reduced strength and stability
The good news?
These muscles can be reawakened.
