Founders Dave Speckman and Nate Plum created PKA in an effort to strengthen the abilities of the Northern Michigan Goal Keeper. demy is strictly for the goalkeeper position and there are three ways that we can help to service your program. Private Sessions: 1 on 1 training at a location that is convenient. This one hour session will focus on specific needs of the keeper as well as conditioning and technique work. Add another keeper or two to the session for a minimal charge. Sessions start at $50 per hour with a $10 charge for each additional keeper. Team Training Sessions: This option will allow for both some 1 on 1 training as well as team training. We will come to your team's practice and pull your keeper for individual work on technique, needs or conditioning, before we put them back into the group training session. While working with the team we will continue to work with your keeper on their role within the team and how to enhance that role and their effectiveness within the group! Team Training Sessions start at $40 per hour with a $10 charge for each additional keeper that is involved in the session. Summer Camps: These will be typically be 5 day sessions announced closer to summer. Remember................JUST STOP IT!
