🏃‍♂️💀 RUNCO RUNDOWN: DEADWOOD OR BUST EDITION 💀🏃‍♀️

This week is all about one thing: Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon Weekend.

Some of you are tapering. Some of you are pretending to taper. Some of you just added a "few extra miles" because apparently self-control isn't part of your training plan.

Here's what's happening:

🌲 Tuesday Night Trails (TNT) – 5:30 PM
Mother Nature is threatening to be dramatic, so if the storms roll in, be prepared for some road miles instead. Either way, we're running.

🏃 Saturday Shakeout Run – 7:00 AM
Just 2–3 easy miles to shake out the legs, calm the nerves, and remind yourself that yes, you voluntarily signed up for this.

🎪 Deadwood Marathon Expo
We'll be hanging out at the expo in Deadwood all day Saturday. Stop by, say hi, grab some gear, and tell us how your training went (or lie to us—we'll never know).
