REMINDER

Packet pick up ends today at the Black Hills Running Company at 2pm.

Race packets will be available at Breakers Beach, Angostura Reservoir this evening from 5:30-6:30pm and Saturday morning before the races begin. Safety meeting starts at 7 am so please be early.

🏆 RUNCO RUNDOWN: FOUR-PEAT EDITION 🏆

For the FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW, Black Hills Running Company has been voted Best of the Black Hills! 🥹💙🧡 Four. Straight. Years.

Apparently our strategy of selling shoes, enabling questionable race registrations, and yelling “STAY HYDRATED” at everyone is working.

Seriously, though, THANK YOU. Every vote, every shoe fitting, every group run, every TNT, every “I’m not really a runner, but…” that walks through our door makes this place what it is. We love this ridiculous little running community.

Sturgis Rally has officially rolled out of town, our collective blood pressure is returning to normal, and suddenly it’s time for XC season?! Nature is healing. 😂

What a whirlwind of a weekend!

Friday night we hosted our 2nd Annual Mile Invitational with over 40 runners taking over the School of Mines track! After the mile, we had the Iowa Western Community College Cross Country team at the store getting stocked up for their season. Such a fun night!

Today we were in Spearfish promoting the store and Southern Hills Tri at the Shortest Triathlon. It was such a fun event and so great watching all the little kids out there competing!

Now it’s time to gear up for the next two weeks as we get ready for Leading Ladies/Dakota Spirit Marathon! It’s going to be crazy, but we’re excited!
