The South Augusta Youth Baseball Organization and family extends our heartfelt condolences to the Roadcap family and the entire Rockbridge County High School community following the unexpected passing of Head Baseball Coach Travis Roadcap.
Coach Roadcap’s dedication to his players, his school, and the game of baseball left a lasting impact on so many lives. His influence reached far beyond the field, shaping young athletes into better people and leaving a legacy that will not be forgotten.
As a league that helps develop the next generation of baseball players, we know the lasting impact coaches have on the lives of young athletes. Coach Roadcap’s passion for the game and commitment to those he mentored will continue to be felt for years to come.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, fellow coaches, players, and everyone mourning this tremendous loss. May they find comfort in the legacy he leaves behind and the countless lives he touched.
