Not the way we hoped to close out 2025, with our St Louis tournament getting canceled this past weekend. But that didn't stop us from making the most of a disappointing decision and having an impromptu inter-squad scrimmage and potluck. Time for some rest and recovery before we return to action in 2026. Next up: Circle City College Showcase (Feb 27-Mar 1, Indianapolis)

Bittersweet end to the fall season on many levels. Independence FC Select battled hard all weekend and walked away as Finalists at the 2025 FCCI Fall Turf Cup. Sad to see the IFC Select season come to an end but proud of the progress they made, with many of the girls playing 3-4 age groups up. The future is bright for this young, talented group!

Putting in some overtime!! 👏 Shout out to multiple Independence FC players for logging some extra minutes to help out local clubs over the weekend. Catherine Weber ('27) and Manuela Botero-Moriarty ('28) traveled north to guest play with Chicago Inter South at the Quad Cities Rush Calavera Cup, while McKenna Hayes ('29) went east to guest play with Mahomet Ignite FC at the Illinois FC Fall Cup. Thank you to both clubs for the opportunity.

After opening the tournament with a hard fought loss to the eventual champions, Independence FC Select battled back during the weekend with two victories to finish as finalists 🥈 of the 2025 Morton United Pumpkin Classic.
