Crash Landing 💥

Coming into this event we knew it would be a challenge. With a new car, new co-driver, and 68 entries, there was no escaping trouble. The weekend started off strong with shakedown and we were feeling good. Our first issue came on SS6 when we clipped a rock on the inside and pulled the tie-rod out of its socket. In fear of an impending severe thunderstorm, Jeremy and I used a rock to hammer the rod back in place to limp out of the stage. This thunderstorm would cancel the rest of SS6 and would also impact the following stages and canceled 2 of them. The problems didn’t stop there…

Day 2 started with no intercoms, we ran the entire SS7 with hand signals that were made up on the spot. Then our rally ended on SS9 with a rollover. Crew ok ✅. All of the safety equipment did its job flawlessly and we were able to walk away mostly unharmed.

Overall, I’d call this rally a success! I learned so much about the car, driving fast, and the driving style changes for a heavier, more powerful car. Even had my highest speed factor of 83!Having Jeremy Agostino in the car was a good feeling and taught me a lot! Can’t wait to get back out there, there is a lot of work to do…

Rally in the 100 Acre Wood 2026 | Black Hole Rally Team

It’s good to be back in Missouri for this rally and it was a blast. We managed 3rd LN4 (tied with ) and 9th O/A out of 67 entries. We also took home $1,000 for being the highest placed private Subaru team. We were trading times with rally 2 and rally 3 cars all weekend and managed to survive the fast and somewhat rough rally. Couldn’t be happier with the result! Next up: Rally Colorado!

Such a fun stage! This was the 1st stage on day 2 and we managed (with a few mistakes) to only be behind the rally 3 pace by 2.8 seconds and behind the rally 2 pace by 6.8 seconds. So much fun at 2026!
