The best Nordic skiing this side of the Rockies. And we are THE snowshoe destination of the East. The yurt is open during snow season.

Year round, non-motorized trails for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking. Summer trail “hours” are dawn to dusk.

April 4, 2026 is our last day the Yurt will be open the season. And...the groomer is out! Grooming up our spring snow for a last fun blast for nordic skis! Snowshoes and fat bikes too! The parking lot looks like spring, but we still have snow-just believe and come play! Spring conditions- a bit of everything and fun to be had! $10 day passes. Thanks for a great season everyone!

A great Rangeley Loppet this past weekend! 54 Racers completed our 50k on Saturday and 71 racers on Sunday completed our 25k Burt Kettle Classic, 25k Skate, and 10k skate. Special thanks to our local businesses who were our bib sponsors, and fabulous local restaurants for their soup donations! Grateful to racers from near and far and our local community!

A beautiful day in the Maine mountains! Come play at the Trails center! Sunshine, Packed powder, Gnomes, Fat Bikes, classic track, single track, miles of skate track, and scenic snowshoe trails are just waiting to be explored!

A beautiful day today! We are hosting a Nordic race at 2pm, with a race course preview at 1200. Geneva Loop will be closed to all but racers today. Parking for the racers and spectators will be in the lot across the road from the Yurt. Parking for recreational skiers-bikers-snowshoers will be in the Yurt parking lot. Thanks!

A beautiful winter day today! Sun peeking through, packed powder groomers and new snow dustings everywhere! Maine Day today! $16 day passes with a Maine ID. Local Appreciation day too! Free day passes and rentals! Dress warm, and come adventure!
