RaxHax Pro Performance Professional Player Development for ⚾️🥎Athletes
Lessons - Classes - VideoAnalysis - Data - Advising

We offer a full remote online training portal and comprehensive systems development program for coaches and teams. Since 2017, 75 of our athletes have moved on to college programs and 45 players have earned division 1 or division 2 scholarships. Our players have earned over $4 million dollars in scholarship money. Our system includes a comprehensive assessment and movement screen that serves as a baseline for our recommendations and individualized programming. We leverage cumulative video and data collection along with the knowledge from our experience as successful collegiate and professional players to bridge the gap between training and performance for our athletes. We help our players succeed at game speeds by giving them a variety of quantitative and qualitative resources to assist in their technical development. Check us out at www.raxhax.com or our socials and learn why so many players choose us to help them with both offseason and in-season needs

Masterclass in managing high leverage at bat versus hard throwing closer. Whether they had the signs or not, you still have to go out and execute your swing and your approach. Aggressive early, strategic late, disciplined always

Never outworked - chase finished a stellar hs career with a strong 2026 and got right back to work this summer. Adding speed, power, and shaving time off his 30 and 60 over our summer programming block.
Versatility+athleticism, and a loud bat to match - tremendous upside for this guy.
Strength ✅️ Speed ✅️ Skills ✅️ ready to go for his freshman year at Dartmouth College Baseball - we are super proud of you Chase! Ready to watch you roll right into collegiate baseball!

Movement quality -> launch position quality -> Sequencing quality -> contact quality
Can't move well without building the range of motion. Can't put force behind it without exposure to the right stressors in the weight room. Can't apply it without 1000s and 1000s of repetitions with a bat in your hand. It all matters

So proud of this guy Sal Midolo - trained consistently in every season - kept his head down and put up a huge spring 2026 season - rewarded with an all NJAC nod and an offer to STAC Baseball // kept his foot on the gas and put the work in this summer to prepare - an awesome 2026 for the kid. Velos/chase rate/contact quality all at career highs this spring. Given how much time we spent on approach, this was awesome to see.
We are thrilled to watch him continue his career at the next level. Congrats sal!

Front toss alone is not going to build this bat path for you - if you want to stay in the game for a long time, build a bat path that can cover high spin rate at the top of the zone - if you want to build that path, you need to practice pitch shapes and speeds that demand that path

Proud of this guy - stepped up and checked a lot of boxes this season as a key piece in the Mendham High School Baseball lineup - .383 / 31 hits / 12 bb *controlled strike zone / .900 ops - consistently trained all fall/winter/Spring - success leaves clues - we knew based on how he progressed in our open skill work in december and january that he was trending upwards going into spring. Too many cut corners and expect the results. Congrats again Matthew Lynch - that's how you finish your high school career strong

The ability to hold posture and direction when fooled is a gamechanger for hitters. You are not going to hunt perfectly and anticipate every pitch type. Pitchers will leave mistakes in the zone, especially hanging offspeed stuff. How you take advantage of this depends on your ability to stay over the zone+maintain direction through your turn
