February 13, 2026 // Black Belt Testing

The testing board encompassed an impressive array of experience, knowledge, and talent! So wonderful having them all join us! Thank you so much for supporting everyone!

Testing was incredible last night. I was very proud of everyone who tested. It takes a lot of work and dedication to achieve a blackbelt and these 5 people did an amazing job. From watching Amy with her incredible kicks, Tyberius with the round/jump spinning side kick he practiced until he was flying 5-6 feet in the air and breaking numerous pieces of wood. Raine who came back after training as a child and coming back to finish off his blackbelt. Then there are the Twin Towers of Terror who started as these cute, tiny little girls, who became heartbreakers and lifetakers. It was all amazing. I want to thank my incredible students who came to help and support their classmates. I also want to thank the testing board, which included blackbelts from other Taekwondo studios and Karate studios. It means a lot to me and the people testing to have our martial arts families come together to support each other.

Hi everyone. We are having a testing Friday night Feb 13th. I have 3 going for blackbelt and 2 going for decided. If anyone is interested in sitting on the board or helping out, you are welcome to come. The time is 6pm and it is at my studio in Randolph. Hope to see you there.

I was very proud of the people who tested last night and the other students that helped out. I know I was kind of hard on a few of you but that's my job. For better or worse, you have to overcome yourself and be the champions you are. Do I like being hard on you, the answer is YES. Learning that hard work and adversity makes your life better in every way. I am very proud of you, but you better be ready for Monday😁

Excellent job last night. Everyone looked great. I was proud of how everyone did and especially the one who were nervous and scared to test. You guy did an excellent job, by over coming your fear and showing that you deserved your new ranks. I am very proud of you.
