To our families, friends, and partners in sports and recreation:
Effective March 16, 2020, our facility was ordered by Governor Murphy of New Jersey to close its doors due to the COVID-19 Pandemic that threatened our community in the North East region of the country. Following all the recommendations that were established by the World Health Organization and by the Center for Disease Control in order to protect our community and slow down the spread of the virus, ARTES Sports and Recreation Management, LLC has maintained its doors closed for these past six months.
It has been an arduous decision, as the uncertainty remains a reality for ARTES, and therefore we have decided to permanently cease all operations. The world of indoor sports and recreation and the safety of children and adults alike, remains an extremely sensitive issue that continues to develop and unfold even as of this actual day. ARTES is a young and family owned business and the reality is that all businesses are suffering, however, starts up like ARTES have suffered at a higher cost.
It is with great sadness that we have come to this final decision, and hope that our communities come through this pandemic stronger and with health. ARTES will continue to exist in spirit in all of those who believed in our mission and bore witness to the incredible potential that ARTES embodied, for communities from all walks of life. Thank you for your patronage.

To whom this could concern:

Dear Parent, athlete, club director/owner, coach, customer, please allow me to bring to you the best wish of wellbeing for you and your loved ones in these uncertain times. We are concern with the Covid-19 outbreak and we are willing to work with all of you in order to make this moment in our lives less problematic and more proactive. Our facility is following the protocol stablished by Deborah Cornavaca at the New Jersey State Deputy Chief of Staff of Outreach office, the CDC and WHO recommendations. In addition, we are doing the following:

• No more than 25 people gatherings at once in one closed room.
• Strict cleaning protocols in bathrooms, highly touched areas such as door handles, light switches and equipment.
• Classes are not overpassing 12 students.
• Space between students is at least six (6) feet.
• We are making available hand sanitizer and disinfectant products for all customers.
• The classes' methodology has been modified in order to prevent students contact, especially with hands.
• Coaches are not getting close to the students more than six (6) feet.
• We are asking to our coaches to stay home if they feel any symptomatology related to the coronavirus.
• We ask our customers and students to be vigilant of their own health conditions and in the case of any symptomatology stay home just as a preventive measure.

It is important to follow the standard recommendations made for everyone for the prevention of getting infected by this virus. It has been proven that having a proper consumption of water (hydration), and a regular hands cleaning with water and soap reduces the chances of contagion.

We are going to follow the protocol initiated by schools, colleges, universities, teams and many other organizations as a measure to reinforce the prevention of dissemination of the coronavirus. Starting March 16th, our facility will be closed for one week, and being revised on a weekly basis; we will be informing all about this initial closing decision.

If you had booked and event with us, and/or you are participating in any of our programs, please rest assured that the events and/or classes will be re-scheduled until the social-health conditions are completely safe for everyone.
