We are looking for 2 people who want to join the Ultra Fit Class. It is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (except Dec 3rd). So if you or someone you know would like a combination of Kickboxing, Bands, Core, and weights come join us! The class is designed for all fitness levels ~ from beginner to Ultra-fit. It is from 5:30-7 pm! Yup, it takes an hour and a half to get a complete body workout! Class is cheap, lots of laughs and a good time!

I once heard it takes 6 weeks to make or change a habit. Today marks 6 weeks post-foot surgery. It's been... quiet + solitary, hard to lay back and keep my foot up.
There are good and not-so-good habits I've fallen into.
So, what's good? 3 things
1. I look for a spot to rest - and I don't feel like I'm in a race.
2. The recharging of my body - clear thinking & motivation.
3. Finally making that FB page for my classes.

So what's not-so-good? There are 3 of those too.
1. I'm eating constantly in replace of moving.
2. There's just the ordinary - and I want more of a life than 4 walls.
3. I'm comfortable, too comfortable to be healthy.
My foot is still tender but getting through pretty well. I'm heading towards keeping the good and letting go of the... not-so-good.

I’ve been around the Fitness business for a long time. I love how my body feels when I work out and I love help others to achieve that feeling. Creating new exercises, programs, patterns, and sets is constantly on my mind, cuz it’s fun!. Working out has always seemed more like playing; laughing joking, and enjoying being together while we exercise. I know it isn’t always easy, because it is work. Good work though.
It’s getting that feeling, the accomplishment, the sigh of satisfaction after a good sweat, feeling tired, but satisfied and happy. That’s what drives us, keeps you coming, engaged.
Like everyone else, I’ve had many set backs in my life and I’ve felt the frustration of not wanting to move yet feeling like I should, or I better. Getting mad at myself. Yeah, the more angry I get at myself, the worse I feel inside. There is a line in one of the Artist, Pink’s, song that says “Hear those voices in your head ~ make them like you instead”
The intimidating feelings are in your head. Everyone focuses here, concentrating on the moves they’re making.

You will find a friend in common because we make good friends, and lasting friendships.
Classes are small, are designed to “Come as you are” including fitness level. You can jump in at anytime, in any shape, or not, and be able to do it.
