🏈📣 Meet the Leadership Team Behind Randolph Rams Cheer!

✨ Miriam Ozkaya, Program Director – A former Randolph Youth Cheerleader and longtime coach, Miriam is entering her third year as Program Director and is passionate about creating a positive, rewarding experience for every athlete.

✨ Marlena Baird, President – A dedicated supporter of both cheer and football, Marlena serves as our President while also volunteering as a 5th Grade Cheer Squad Mom and 3rd Grade Football General Manager.

✨ Kelly Carella, Vice President – Kelly is a 5th Grade Cheer Squad Mom and a strong advocate for our athletes, families, and the continued growth of the Rams community.

Together, we are excited to continue growing our program, strengthening the connection between cheer and football, and creating an amazing season for our athletes and families. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the sidelines this fall! ❤️🖤📣
