Another 17 miles and nearly 6,000ft of vertical in the Goat Rocks — my fourth time on top of Old Snowy but the first time on a bluebird day. EPIC. If you haven’t done it, it’s more than worth the scramble up, friends.

Planned this route on Awakening The Adventurer Inside Everyone — after using it this summer for hiking, moto, photo trip planning and guiding fly fishing, I can give it a solid 10/10 review. No, I don’t work with them — just giving my honest opinion for all of those explorers out there. 🤘

Post fishing snuggles with Jett are pretty unbeatable. 🐾

Tomorrow evening I won’t be on the river, but I will be at Whipsaw Brewing for their Saddle Up Sisters event from 4-7pm. I’ll have my Girls With Grit Adventure Co merch (including this cute new tank!), western burned hats, belt buckles and I’ll also be selling and putting in feather hair extensions.

And you know who else will be there? The amazing and extremely talented lady in the last 3 pics of this post. Meet Ashtyn of Ashtyn Metalsmithing — she made the beautiful turquoise and agate jewelry that we are wearing in all of these photos, and she’ll have all of these pieces and more at the event tomorrow night.

Hope to see many of you there. It’s going to be a dang good time. ⚡️❤️✨
