Fitness has lost its way. At its core, it has become more about entertainment than training — what looks cool or extreme, instead of what actually works.
The belief that the harder you sweat, the better the result is wrong. Feeling destroyed after every session is not progress.
This is not how real, high-level athletes train — we’re talking Olympic-level athletes, NFL players, and top-tier professional basketball players. In fact, it’s the complete opposite.
Normally, if something looks flashy, high-speed, and cool, it’s far more likely to break you — maybe not today, but years down the line.
True training is built around sustainability and longevity: doing the right work, at the right intensity, so the body adapts, gets stronger, and lasts.
If you can’t train consistently years without breaking down, the training is flawed.
