Exercise of the day!
The inverted toe touch core crunch: Great exercise to increase core strength as well as spinal flexibility. Here I am using inversion boots which have been amazing for spinal decompression and posture. I canβt help but imagine if its possible to build the strength in my ankle and feet to do with without the boots π±ππ»πͺπΌ Maybe one day π§π»ββοΈπ€Έπ»
