CIF Division 1 Champs! Congrats the the La Jolla Country Day girls tennis team on the 2025 CIF team title. The 4 day tournament featured 16 teams from all over the Section, and the final against La Jolla High School came down to a 9-9 tie in sets with LJCD winning on total game count by a small margin. Leila and her doubles partner Sarah had some key wins in doubles, and there was great tennis and sportsmanship from both schools!

In collaboration with Matt Pace of Pace Properties, we were able to assist my client with a 1031 exchange, reallocating equity from the sale of her single-family investment property into a multifamily apartment building with the primary goal of maximizing cash flow.

3977 Georgia Street was chosen in a review of over 100 properties in multiple markets due to its location and ADU development potential. Many of the units also have beautiful city views!
