[ PRE - SPARTAN ] Another Stadium workout in the books. Except this time we re-named it Campus workout. The stadium is still closed due to pandemic. That doesn't stop a DRVN Fitter 💪🏽🙌🏽 Found a great spot on campus that facilitated all of Coach Eric's creativity 😈 We love getting our fitters outside the gym, test their training, and get them out of their comfort zone. That's where the true gains can be found.

This was our last training session inspired for the Spartan Super Race in Big Bear, CA at Snow Summit Ski Resort. Check back for DRVN Fitness conquering the mountain 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽👊🏽 ARROOO!!!

[ AWKWARD IS THE BEST ] Don't get in the habit of working out in the "COMFORT ZONE" You know what I'm talking about - "It's too cold!" "It's too hot!" "It's too early." "I don't like this equipment it feels weird." "I hate this movement, it's too awkward." 😐 We all have it. Let's call it our inner "Punk Voice". It's the inner voice that tries to give you an excuse. Tell it to SHUT THE HELL UP and go Embrace the Suck! The biggest GAINS lies within the "Suck".
