oven itself to be the best today. All programs are structured to train you in Boxing, Conditioning, Weight Loss, Strength, Balance and Rhythm. From beginners to seasoned fighters, we have the ability to further any boxer’s career with proper technique, nutrition and physical development. Since 2002 we have successfully developed 18 National & International Champions and in the Professional rank two (2) World Boxing Council Intercontinental Champions. Our Men’s Boxing classes (Non-Competition) are for adults who are interested in real training for self-defense rather than competition. We will teach you to protect yourself as well as to get you in the best shape of your life so that you can have that confidence to show off your hard work. Parents, if you are looking to get your child fit and teach them usable self-defense along with confidence and pride, our Kids classes will give them just that. Kids’ Boxing gives boys and girls as young as 4, physical development; focus and fitness habits that will help them get and stay healthy. We are the only legitimate gym that offers a real kids program. Beginner’s classes for kids ages 12 and under are held every Saturday and Sunday.
