Hello everyone, its that time again, come hike with us!

Since its been longer than usual between our hikes we are kicking back off with a hike thats easy in elevation which will make it nice on the joints! The length is a bit more moderate but will have plenty of shaded areas to beat the heat and relax in nature! so invite your friends and family!

Hey everyone, check out this progression from one of our personal training clients, before we do too much weight overhead we are also working on his mobility so it allows him to do it with less/no pain and in the future it wont cause him to end up using the wrong muscle during a lift and potentially causing injury.

This is only progress from a couple sessions with us, in our next post/video I will show you a few of the movements we did to help him get more mobile and see this progress, we will also update you few weeks down the road so you can continue to see his progress!

Here is a few videos and pics from Yesterday's CF competition where coach Star and her partner Kelli crushed it and came home with the Win!!! 1st place, way to represent!! 🎉 Both her and her partner did amazing, way to go girls!

Make sure to watch the last Video where Star PR'd her squat clean during a Clean Complex!! she got 155 #!!Give Star a shout-out in the comments and make sure to tell her Congrats next time you see her at the gym! 👏👏👏💪💪💪
