Hello Saga fam and IG fam, Look at Coach Angel's Progress in Work!! πͺπͺ
I'm normally not one to do these types of posts, especially since I couldn't believe that I let myself go that much, but at the end of the day, I'm human and really hope this helps motivate you to start somewhere sooner than later because it's never too late!
As a business owner, my life can seem easy to some, but there is alot behind the scenes that goes on, and life can get to me too! That's basically how this happened. Even though I own a gym and train mutiple times a week but: those extra snacks, those extra drinks, lack of sleep, and lack to push in the gym added up over the past almost year.
I saw myself in an IG video posted by a member and did not see who I really was and what I knew my potential was and that sparked me to get back on it and really make the change!
I didn't change a whole lot with my training but just made sure to hit the gym at least 3 times a week and go hard. I focused on tracking my daily food intake and making sure I ate high nutrient dense foods, NO supplements of any sort, NO peptides either (no offense to anyone), and No extra time in the gym!
Started at 200lbs, Ended at 174. About 24lbs of pure fat loss! Body fat dropped by 8%!! >1.5lb muscle loss.
At 39 years old, I know alot of my peers already think it's too late for them to feel and look good again. I'm here to prove to you that it's not and you can do it too!
Full disclosure, I had the benefit of having my muscle on me and just needing to get rid of extra fat, so of course results can vary, but I help Men and Women weekly that are 30+,40+, even 50+ see positive results with these same teachings.
I got a couple spots I'm opening up for In-person and Remote clients,
