YOU DON'T HAVE TO BREAK THE BANK TO OWN A FRANCHISE!

There are many franchise opportunities out there but A LOT of them are very expensive to even get off the ground. $300k, $400k, $500k . . . up to $1million dollars.

Investors may have access to those funds but your average Entrepeneur DOES NOT!

For example, when I started my business (Studio 30, The Kettlebell Fit Club) I DID NOT have access to that amount of money. In fact, I was a struggling single Mother just coming out of a messy divorce. I barely had any credit.

Needless to say, I found cost efficient ways to open, to maintain and to ultimately GROW the business. Studio 30 has NO DEBT. Everything has been purchased and maintained using Cash Flow.

Think About It . . . . Taking out a Loan for $400k (let's just use that number as an example) . . . . How Long is it Going to take you to not only pay that back BUT to generate profit?

You can produce $200,000 per year in revenue BUT if your expenses are exorbitant . . . YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID. You will be under a crazy amount of stress EVERY SINGLE MONTH just to stay afloat.

NOW Consider . . . . $100,000 Start Up Investment. You generate $150,000 your first year (just an example) in revenue . . . Don't those numbers sound more reasonable and totally doable?
