Classes run 5 days a week and are open to people ages 5 to adult. We are located in the Swimstitute, approximately 1/2 mile from Sunrise Blvd. We serve the Greater Sacramento Area including Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and Elk Grove. NEW SCHEDULE STARTS TODAY - MONDAY 6/22
The new and improved schedule adds:
- BJJ Basics twice a week: great for people new to BJJ or those just wanting to work on their basics
- Women’s BJJ on Fridays: open to all affiliates, come and be part of and celebrate the women’s bjj community weekly!
- More kickboxing: Now two@nights a week and a third class on Saturday!
