To build real, lasting strength in 2026 there are 4 non-negotiable habits. Make the changes consistently and RESULTS happen

✅ Lift heavy 3-4 times per week. Progressive overload is how you build strength and muscle. It’s not about doing more, it’s about lifting with intention.

âś… Jump, sprint, and move explosively. 10 minutes, 3-4 times per week. Power training keeps you strong, fast, and resilient as you age.

âś… Get ~30g of protein per meal. Fuel matters. Strength is built in the gym, but supported in the kitchen!

âś… Sleep 8 hours every night.

Mindset Tip Of The Week - MINDFUL EATING

Have you ever done this?

You check in with your body and realize you're not hungry, then think “but it's lunch time!” so you eat anyway.

Many of us get caught up in social norms around when we “should” eat, even when we aren't hungry, which perpetuates the cycle of ignoring our bodies' natural signals.

INSTEAD: Remind yourself...

"The clock is not the authority here, my body is. I can wait until I'm hungry."

It is always ok to listen to your body and experiment with eating times that work for YOU, regardless of what others are doing or if it's "dinner time".
