• Responding to customer needs, in person, over the phone, and through email
• Processing enrollments and billing/payments
• Student attendance tracking
• Office and merchandise inventory
• Assistance with staff meetings and events
• Communicating with merchandise vendors
• Processing sales to customers
• General tidying/cleaning and maintenance of the facility
• Facility requirements (Fire alarm, sprinklers, HVAC, grounds)
• Management of Town requirements
• Décor/office appearance

Just a reminder that there will be no classes today 3/10 and tomorrow 3/11, due to our staff development days. These closures were preplanned and have been on the calendar since we opened enrollment for 25-26. You have not been charged for them, and there is no need to make them up. As a reference, the chart of dates covered by your monthly payments is below.

Adult Class will still run at 7:00.

📣 To the parents worried about levels and groups…

Your gymnast didn’t “fail” because they didn’t move up a level.
They didn’t get “left behind.”
This isn’t school—gymnastics isn’t one-size-fits-all. 🙅‍♀️📚

In school, everyone moves grade to grade together.
In gymnastics? Everyone is on their own personal journey. Some need more time to build confidence, strength, or master key skills—and that’s perfectly okay.

🌟 Some gymnasts will fly through levels.
🌟 Others will spend extra time building rock-solid foundations.
🌟 Some will grow fast. Others will bloom later.

None of that is failing. It’s just different paths to the same mountain.

Progress isn’t always about moving up.
It’s about moving forward—with better technique, better focus, stronger mental game, and more love for the sport.

So if your child is still in the same level or group as last year—celebrate that.
They’re still showing up.
They’re still working hard.
They’re still growing. 💪💖
