Not a fan of hopping on a treadmill for an hour to do cardio? GOOD, you're normal! Switch up your cardio with functional movement. Try incorporating sprints or box jumps for 15-30 seconds with minute rests in-between! This high intensity interval training (HIIT) will increase your post workout calorie burn throughout the day.
