MOBILITY MONDAY 🔥The “best stretch ever” might be a bold claim… but this one is definitely worth trying. 😂I like using these two movements together because mobility isn’t just about getting into a position — it’s about being able to control that position and use it in movement.👉 Start with the stretch to open things up.👉 Then add the hinge with internal hip rotation to challenge that new range. The goal isn’t to force a bigger stretch.Move better. Control more. Feel better.Give these a try and see how your hips feel afterward.

Getting back into your workout routine after a busy summer? Don’t feel like you need to go from 0 to 100.Here are 3 things to keep in mind:1️⃣ Start slow. You don’t have to pick up exactly where you left off. Ease back in and give your body time to adjust.2️⃣ Have a plan.Decide when you’re going to train and what you’re going to do. Having a plan makes it much easier to stay consistent.3️⃣ Be consistent. You don’t need perfect workouts—you need to keep showing up. Consistency will always beat trying to do too much too soon. The goal isn’t to get back to where you were overnight. The goal is to build the routine back up and keep moving forward.Train all in, live all out. 💪🏻

Looking for a simple way to challenge your core, hip flexors, and overhead strength?Start with the seated straight-leg overhead press. Then… elevate one leg. It’s not always about adding more weight. Sometimes the best progression is simply making your body work harder to control the same movement.Train all in. Live all out. 💪🏻

MONDAY MOVEMENT TIP 👇One thing I see all the time with people starting a fitness program:They want to get stronger, but they haven’t built the movement quality to support that strength yet. Before adding more weight, more reps, or more intensity, I want to make sure you can move well first. Two simple exercises I use with clients:🔹 Adductor Rock — helps you work through the hips and inner thigh while controlling your range of motion.🔹 Foam Roller Wall Slide — challenges shoulder mobility and upper-back positioning while teaching you to control your overhead movement.Neither exercise is complicated. And that’s the point.Good training isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about doing the basics better. If you’re starting a fitness program, don’t overlook the foundation.Move well. Get strong. Stay active.Train all in. Live all out.

Most kids play sports…But very few are ever actually tested.Speed. Power. Agility. Not guessed — measured. At our Youth Performance Combine, every athlete will go through real testing and leave with a scorecard showing exactly where they stand. And more importantly — what they need to improve.📅 Tuesday April 21st @ 6PM📍 50 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ👥 Small groups (4–6 athletes)If you want your child to actually develop — not just play — this is where it starts. Only a few spots left — message me “COMBINE” to grab one.
