Impact Athlete: Awarded to the overall most impactful athlete to the success of the program.
Crusader Award: Awarded to the athlete who worked hard all year long and rose to the challenge when their team needed them.
Spirit of the Abbey Award: Awarded to the athlete who best represents the College’s focus of Excellence and Virtue.
Chi Alpha Sigma • National College Athlete Honor Society inductees!
Ava, and Chloe are members and were initiated last year into Chi Alpha Sigma in recognition of high academic and athletic achievement. This year we added Kyleigh into this prestigious group!
Chi Alpha Sigma is the first, and only, national scholar-athlete society to honor those four-year collegiate student-athletes who have excelled in both the classroom and in athletic competition. The student-athlete must be a junior and have a 3.5 or higher cumulate grade point average.
Presenting these awards this evening was Dr. Julie Beeman. She is our wonderful F.A.R., Chair of our Criminal Justice Department and this years Dr. Dave Praiser Award Finalist! THANK YOU, Dr. Beeman for all you do for our students, the Abbey Athletics Department and our community!
