- On Memorial Day we honor & remember those who have served and given their lives for our Freedom.

- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 squats
- 1 mile run

We face an hour of pain during this workout while others will face a lifetime. Thank you to all who have served for our country. It never goes unnoticed

On this Memorial Day we hope you worked a little harder as you remember the sacrifices so many have made to serve our country! When I feel like quitting I remember they didn’t have that option so I push on. Please pray for the families that have a very different day because of all they lost. Memorial Day 2026 💙
