Fierce Over 40 has been a total game-changer for me!
I’ve always been active, but somewhere in my mid-40s, the workouts I used to rely on just stopped working. Instead of feeling energized, I felt drained. My body was changing and it wasn’t making me happy. I knew it was time for something different.
That’s why I joined FAF. I wanted to build strength, support my hormones, and feel better in my body - not just smaller.
The small class size is great! You’re not just a number - you’re seen, you’re supported and you’re missed when you are not there. That kind of accountability keeps me showing up.
I’ve learned to love lifting and pushing myself to do more than I think I can. I’m no longer intimidated by the barbell and I wear my calloused hands proudly. They’re a symbol of my strength, my progress and my dedication. Since starting I feel stronger, more confident and so much better in my own skin. 🏋️‍♂️💪
