My name is Chase Beatty, and I am the owner and personal trainer. My goal is to help you the client reach your health and fitness goals through a customized workout and train

ing regiment as well as nutrition plan. I aim to provide more than just a workout session, but providing a fitness support system that tracks and monitors your progress and helps you reach your goals. Through my collegiate athletic experience, college degree, graduate school, and fitness education I have learned that everyone is different, but the most important and beneficial aspect to health is knowledge. Not just giving instruction as to how, but the why as well provides such an uplift and breakthrough to further goals and hurdles that have constantly stood their ground. This is why fitness, health, and wellness are a lifestyle and through my support I believe our goals will be met and be everlasting.

For years, I carried someone else’s initials on me — a constant reminder of a time and person that brought more pain than peace. I used to look at the tattoo and feel stuck in a story that no longer belonged to me.

It took me a long time to decide to cover it up, but when I finally did, it became more than just a new tattoo. I found an amazing artist who specializes in cover-ups, and the moment I saw his work, I knew I could finally turn something painful into something beautiful.

Now, instead of someone else’s name, I have Joshua Tree — a place that means so much to me in this new chapter of my life. There’s something about the desert, the resilience, and the quiet strength of Joshua Tree that feels like home. It represents growth, survival, and finding peace within yourself.

This experience reminded me that we can always rewrite our stories, even the ones etched into our skin. ✨

Heading into the new year and all its hope I always just try to help as many and as much as I can! My biggest advice is get the info! The main thing I’ve learned over the years is the more I have learned the easier this whole process of life, fitness, health, and success becomes! In an ocean of confusion in the health/fitness world I constantly see the flooding that is short term gimmicky fixes/products/diets/plans and I constantly think about “The Why?” Spending my life dedicated to helping people I have dove deep into trying to understand what put people in their situations and what is “The Best” way to get them out and keep them out. The truth is that there isn’t a product.diet.gimmick that can combat the daily behaviors of life… every day I combat diet fads and fallacies and try to help people improve on numerous scales. So stop thinking deprivation diets or that there is a product that can solve your situation…
So what can you do?
First, start with food, sleep, and stress. I have found that a plan into these three and organization in life can get you more than you could dream of, but can help get you through even the toughest of times.
Second, become educated. Get info on actual proper nutrition, learn how the body works, learn how to exercise, and start implementing healthy behaviors.
Lastly, understand the body is created, therefore if you do not work at it, push it forward, and grow it into a healthier being then eventually you will pay the price…
