-DRAW PARTY FRIDAY NIGHT WITH DINNER AND A LIVE BAND

-SLOT RACE WILL GO ON SALE NOVEMBER 1ST AND ALLOW FOR 5 PAYMENTS. YOU WILL HAVE AN OPTION TO BUY A STALL WITH YOUR SLOT

-SHOOTOUT WILL BE LIMITED TO 50 HORSES. THESE ALSO GO SALE NOVEMBER 1ST.

- STALLS AND RVS GO ON SALE DECEMBER 1ST (We sold out of RVs last year and we expect to sell out of permanent stalls this year!)

-ENTRIES OPEN DECEMBER 15TH FOR FOUR MONTH PAYMENT PLANS.

-ENTRIES CLOSE APRIL 14TH AT 7PM

We are working on approval again from BBR, BFA and Da Bomb. We also have submitted applications for some incentive money!

We have also applied to more incentive monies for 2027 including triple crown, legends of the south, future fortunes. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from everyone!

📆Important dates to remember: 📆
Slots will go on sale October 30 - this ensures we can allow 6 months of payments to break up fees for our contestants!
Stalls will be offered for your slot.
Other Stalls and RVs will go on sale November 30th. We expect stalls to sell out this year & RVs sold out last year! Selling early will ensure we get the maximum number of RVs spots since part of the campground is open to the public!
