It's with so much pride and love that I watch this young man move forward in his life at college playing Football. We have trained HiiT for about 3 years but only during the summers did we focus more intently on strength when I trained him solo. Then his brother joined him this summer and they have been building and pushing.

I ain't no easy cup of tea so for him to have endured our sessions, when he sometimes just wanted to hang out and EAT FOOD... is a blessing 🤣
Couldn't have done it without his parents total commitment to him and his dreams.

This has been BlackWomanStrong's First successful Butterfly Effect ( my youth training program)💗
