As we all had a nice taste of autumn and we are all preparing for the cooler weather I thought it would be fun to have Yoga In The Park this Saturday at Lake Benson (in Garner). Starting level is perfectly fine. Come at 9:00am - we will meet at the covered picnic tables by the back playground. PLEASE contact me letting me know that you are interested in attending (I will not show if I hear nothing back). Cost is $10 - mat is optional. Hope you can come - Peace and Blessings!!
