I used to be the person who was always getting sick…
😞Low energy.
🥵Run down.
🤦🏻♀️Missing workouts.
🙅🏻♀️Canceling plans.
& I thought it was just “normal”
Until I decided it wasn’t and I didn’t need to live like that.
Now… I can genuinely say I’ve gone an entire year without getting sick.
And that’s coming from someone with a doctor-diagnosed autoimmune disease (Crohn’s)
AND who’s been told my body shouldn’t absorb nutrients properly bc of total colectomy.
So no — this isn’t coming from someone with “perfect health.” I had to take my health into my own hands and figure it out the hard way.
This daily stack has been a non-negotiable for me whenever I feel “off” —maybe it’s not trendy but it actually makes me feel GOOD again.
🤗More energy.
🔥Stronger immune system.
💃🏻And finally feeling like my body is working with me instead of against me.
I’m not saying you’ll never get sick again…
But I am saying you don’t have to feel run down all the time and just accept it.
