We are SO excited to officially introduce our new Child Watch Lead-Rachel Torres! 🩵✏️🍎

As a member who stepped into a role on our childwatch team, she brought her passion for Burn with her from day one—and that passion has only continued to grow. She has already brought so many fresh ideas, so much intention, and most importantly, so much love for our kiddos and families. 🫶

We are incredibly proud of the way she has stepped in and taken ownership, and poured her heart into making Childwatch an even better place for our tiniest Burn members. We can’t wait to see all the fun, creativity, and growth she brings to this role!

Our girl Natalie trained her last camp on the floating floor, and to say we will miss her is the understatement of the year. 🩵

Some people just bring a different kind of energy wherever they go.

Showing up for her family. Showing up for a full-time career. Showing up to train. And somehow, through ALL of it, still walking through our doors ready to bring her all with a smile on her face. That kind of consistency, and strength doesn’t go unnoticed — and it’s exactly what we’re going to miss most.

While we hate to see her go, we know this is just the beginning of what she decides to take on next. Keep showing up, keep chasing big things, and keep being exactly who you are.

We love you Nat! 🥹🫶🩵✨
