Moms can train kung fu too!
Most of us agree that we want our Moms to be as strong, safe, and as happy as possible. I’m not saying training kung fu is for every mom, but I can say that most people can train better awareness, a stronger stance, and a harder more focussed punch, including the moms we love. Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms!
