"Make sure that you get her in the frame" 😂 we will work on our videography skills going forward...

After a few months of 7am sessions - school days, weekends, whenever - she's finally off to school. Not my favorite school due to my loyalties 🙄 but a fantastic program and school nevertheless.

Work ethic is subjective and relative. Whenever I hear people tell me how hard they're working I laugh and think "if you have time to tell me about your work ethic it's not nearly enough". The results truly speak for themselves. She just gets it done.

Not a single complaint. Not a single excuse. Not a single cancellation. Never even showed up a single minute late (although I may have come late a few times). Always professional. Just the kind of player and person that motivates COACHES to be at their best.

And her trajectory (from what I hear at least) 🥱 the results speak for themselves. Easy to believe it's all self-made.

No handouts. No politics. Not a d**n thing

There's select few players you meet that make you say to yourself "yeah they'll be ok" and I think this one will do a bit better than that

How we do crossing... progressed from some stationary patterns and movement to unopposed "active" patterns. Contains 3 different types of crossing angles for a right full back (she's actually a right footed left full back but had some space issues so couldn't hit the left side 🙄).

1. Traditional 1v1 followed by service across the face
2. Inswinging service dropped on the middle of the 6 yard box
3. First time service from the byline (got away from us a bit)
