This is “The Original” model. This is the first design I came up with when I started making my turkey strikers several years ago. This one was made from hard maple with a high gloss lacquer. And if you’re wondering, I hand carved the hole in the end with a hand gouge.

This is the “Checkmate” model turkey striker I make. This one was made from Ipe wood and finished with Teak Oil.

Here is a Patagonia Rosewood striker that I recently made. Finished with a high gloss lacquer, this piece looks really sharp. This striker works terrific on multiple pot call surfaces. Message me for an order!
Just as a reminder, I hand make all my strikers with hand tools, not lathes. These are truly individually custom made strikers. Once you get one, you won’t anything else!
