Working on one of our classic drills. We do this with just about every player at every level. This is a drill the coaches even do daily as well. It’s a great way to work on the basics while adding an element of awareness and getting the kids to pick up their heads as well as their technical abilities.

Very simple drill we work on to touch and shoot. This young one has it down on lock, and for his weak foot it’s certainly a fantastic standard for this age.

Header circuit when you’re tired. Especially off one leg makes this one a burner and excellent challenge for all levels because you reduce your force production and focus on technique. Shoutout to one of our mlsnext players and we wish you the best this spring.
