I’m doing SummerRush too.

My own routine has slipped over the last couple months, and I’m ready to rebuild some consistency right alongside everyone else.

That’s what SummerRush is really about:

Something is changing for the summer at Volofit Glenwood South.

We’ve been working on this for a while, and we’re finally ready to start letting people in on it.

SummerRush 2026 is coming.

We’re turning the gym into an 8-week game built around workouts, points, prizes, teams, happy hours, coaches getting involved, and a whole lot of bragging rights.

This is for members, former members, friends, coworkers, run clubs, local groups, and anyone who needs a reason to get consistent this summer.

Official kickoff is happening at our next No-Shower Happy Hour on Wednesday, June 24.
