In just a week away 919 Chaos will be participating in their 2nd Nationals. In the teams very 1st nationals we came in ranked #15 (D2)finishing the tournament ranked #4. This nationals we come in #3 (D2) looking to complete a rather emotional rollercoaster season. Although #3, definitely coming down as the underdogs. Only 2 players that started the year with Chaos will be playing to finish out the journey!!

919 Chaos Women’s Flag Football Program have had a lot of player movement this season. Lol a different team every 3 months but still Chaos end up being a top 5 D2 program…… Definitely should tell you something, but hey….. 🤷🏿‍♂️ Would have been D1 by now with consistency! But we will be heading to nationals small in numbers but big in heart once again!! Odds are against us, but the rest of the season was in memory of two people that meant a lot to me, the program and other people! Players that stayed understands the passion and drive I have for this and I appreciate the loyalty.

Woke up this morning with a lot on my mind. It’s been a pretty rough year as a whole for me and my 919 Chaos program. I can’t front I was ready to throw in the towel sooooooo many times! Jocelyn death then Coach D death hurt me bad! But if I didn’t go hard, who would….. In the face of tragedy, players leaving, a different line up every league and tournament we was in 3 championship games. We lost to eventual champions and manage to finish the #3 in the Nation D2. Yes you get points just for entry of these tournaments, but you also have to perform. And we did that with a different line up, a different team every time. Lol Can’t go back and watch film on Chaos because it’s never the same people….. 🤷🏿‍♂️🥴

But all in all the players now. The players that’s left! It’s all about them. The rest of this season was dedicated to Jocelyn and Coach D! It’s why I continued to push even when all seem to be lost……… Nationals bound, here we come!
