Our mission is to help you adapt your body to the unique challenges you face in your life. At Torrent Strength we specialize in optimizing our client’s technique and power in the four primar

y lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. We educate clients on activating essential muscles to perform a movement effectively; identify weaknesses and provide strategic programing to improve both primary and auxiliary lifts; and provide mobility training to prevent or rehabilitate injuries. To us, adapting your body means equipping yourself with the tools you need to master your challenges. By arming yourself with a strong education, consistency in your approach, respect for yourself and others, and perseverance through life’s trials, you will evolve your mind and body to attain the tangible changes you strive for. Happy New Year!! 🎉

Reflecting back on this past year was a wild ride with lots of ups and downs. I'm very thankful to have made it 1 year in business on my own and I never imagined I would have the opportunities presented to me that I do now.

First week of Strength Classes at were awesome! 💪Last week class members worked on some personal goals and getting back into a gym environment. This week we will focus on a higher volume for squat, bench, deadlift and accessory movements.

Happy Monday Everyone!

I am very excited to be able to offer another location for my clients to train! 💪 has everything you need to become a better version of yourself.

In house meal prep/ smoothies, high quality strength equipment, any cardio machine you desire, and full bathroom/showers/lockers. is also a wonderful person and will relieve all your stress while making you laugh 😁

In addition to Personal Training at Olympus, I will also be coaching Strength Classes! If you want to further your knowledge in strength training, increase your lean muscle mass, feel more confident in life and under a barbell then these are for you!

I'm finalizing a schedule for classes now and will post those once I finish. These classes will be limited in size so spots will fill up fast! 😈

Any coach/influencer can make you sweat with crazy volume workouts.🤦‍♂️

We take pride in simplifying our approach to help clients master their movements.We believe this helps clients to better understand:
- their own bodies
- what muscles are being utilized and why
- how to properly move outside the gym to avoid injury
- how to program/workout on their own and track progress

💥Client Spotlight💥

Gissel has been consistently crushing her workouts and these pictures are proof of all the hard work she has put in 💪

Over these past two months Gissel has lost around 25 lbs!! 😳

Not only did she lose weight but her movement/flexibility have improved, strength has increased, and look at that posture guys...that is freaking awesome! 😁

I am very proud of you and continue to keep pushing yourself, you can do it! Thank you for allowing me to share your progress!

It is the perfect time to reflect on life, show gratitude for what you have, and create a plan for your future goals!

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to help people move/feel better and to help them conquer they thought wouldn't be possible. I never imagined I would be operating my own business at the age of 26 and honestly, some days it still feels like a dream...

I owe a huge thank you to for always pushing me to be my best, continued support and love. You are beautiful, hard working and always put your best foot forward and it shows. Thank you for believing in me ❤

Happy Saturday Everyone!

I want to give a quick shout out to my man 😁

We have been working together for a little over a month now and he has made huge improvements in his strength and mobility!

Not only do you see him handling 280 lbs with ease in this video, but this was the heaviest weight we have touched and he got through all his sets PAIN FREE!!

Very excited to see what Justin is capable of in the future, this guy is strong! 💪
