Good morning, soul family,

At this past Shift Your Life Workshop, I shared a story about how I used to talk to myself…

“I hate you.”

I would look in the bathroom mirror, often under the influence of alcohol, and spit those words at myself. 💔

When I decided to walk the path of healing, at some point it was time to change the way I spoke to myself, and it was so challenging because I didn’t believe the new kind words I said initially.

But I kept at it.

And now, I’m known to give myself a hug and say, “You’re doing great!” and I truly mean it. 🤗

Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love because you are worthy and deserving. And one day, in the not so far distant future, you will believe those words. 💜

As I said at Shift, if I can change for the better, so can you. We’ve got this, loves. 🤗
